Welcome to Huber Farms
|
Located just 15 minutes east of Red Deer, our family farm is built on a foundation of faith, stewardship, and regenerative agriculture. We are committed to regenerating the land, caring for animals, and producing food the way God designed. We believe in applying regenerative principles to allow soil, plants and animals to thrive and prosper in abundance.
Since 2013, our growing family of six – Sam, Emily, our daughter Michelle, and sons Eric, Vincent, and Bennett – have called this farm home. Over the past five years, we’ve implemented regenerative farming practices that prioritize the health of our soil, crops, and livestock while minimizing synthetic inputs.
We only treat our livestock with medication when sick and use natural products proactively for health. |

Our Products

Pasture-Raised BeefAt Huber Farms, our Angus and Angus-crossed cattle are raised with care and respect. They enjoy year-round access to pasture and are supplemented with a diverse, nutrient-rich diet of hay, inter-cropped greenfeed geown woth minimal (if any) synthetic inputs, and homegrown grain. This approach preserves the health benefits of grass-fed beef while enhancing both nutrition and flavour.

We offer premium-quality, pasture-raised beef by the quarter, half, or whole share at $6.25/lb (hanging weight).
Butcher fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We’re happy to recommend our trusted butcher down the road, Hillsdown Meats, or you’re welcome to coordinate with a butcher of your choice. Fresh Pasture-Raised Farm Eggs

Our pasture-raised hens enjoy a diet of mixed grasses and plants, plenty of sunshine, fresh air, and bugs, along with our homegrown feed (no soy and no corn).
Our uninspected eggs are available year round for $6/dozen. Deliveries available to Red Deer every Wednesday. Message us to get on the list. |

Fresh-Milled FlourOur whole wheat flour is freshly milled right here on the farm by Farmer Sam to preserve nutrition and freshness. Packaged in reusable pails, it is ideal for baking and cooking with wholesome, local ingredients. Also available at Shackehlicious food truck.
